Shipping

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays with standard UPS for international orders. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. UPS does not deliver to post-office boxes. All Dutch orders are sent by POST NL and are insured. 

When your order leaves our studio you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order. Valid identification may be required when collecting your package.

Standard shipping is free. 

Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.

Returns

​

You can return any item purchased on ronaldvanderkemp.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

• Email us with your Return form request at info@ronaldvanderkemp.com
• Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. 
• Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) 

You are responsible for the return cost of the item to our studio. 

Once your package reaches our studio, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
